How to purchase a print or painting
The limited edition prints on this website are available for purchase directly from Margaret Barrett. All limited edition prints are on light, acid-free paper, and unless otherwise stated are shipped unmounted and unframed. Please contact Margaret for prices.
Ordering
If you would like to order a limited edition print or would like to know the price of a painting that is marked as for sale, please contact Margaret using one of the contact points here.
Delivery
The prices shown for limited edition prints include postage and packing for mainland UK destinations and postal insurance. Margaret is also happy to provide quotes for shipment to other destinations. Items will be shipped within 28 days of receipt of payment, and usually sooner.
Payment
All prices quoted on the website are in UK Sterling (GBP). Payment may be made by cheque or by bank transfer. All payments must be made in UK Sterling. PayPal is also planned for the near future.
Tax and duties
Prints and paintings bought directly from Margaret Barrett are not subject to value added tax (VAT). In the case of items shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for payment of all local taxes, import taxes and duties.
Returns
In the event that your print or painting has been damaged in the post, you must notify Margaret Barrett by e-mail within five (5) working days of receipt of the item and return the damaged item using the original packaging (where possible) within fourteen (14) days by standard, registered post, the cost of which will be refunded except in the case that you refuse the offer of a replacement item. Please note that it may not always be possible to replace a damaged item, in which case you will be offered a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your print or painting, you must notify Margaret Barrett by e-mail within five (5) working days of receipt of the item and return the item within fourteen (14) days at your own expense. Refunds will only be made for items that are returned in perfect condition using the original packaging.
